Eccentric Vibratory Mill

Contact: Dipl.-Ing. Sven Schulze

The eccentric vibratory mill is used for the comminution of a wide variety of brittle materials, regardless of their degree of hardness. As a research plant, the mill is additionally equipped with a double jacket for cooling and the possibility of grinding under inert gas (exclusively batch operation). Parameters such as the number of revolutions of the drive or the oscillating circuit can also be variably adjusted. For the comminution of limited quantities, satellite containers with reduced grinding volumes are also available. These also allow the use of different linings and grinding media depending on the requirements of the size reduction task. Other features include an automatic dosing unit, which also allows semi-continuous operation of the machine, which is normally run in batch mode.
